1.0 out of 5 stars Technically lacking, 27 May 2007

If you want lists and lists of who, how many, where, when, and what, this book may be for you.

If you would like the how and the why of Wallis' bombs, how he designed them, specifications, cutaway drawings, research details and so on, then look elsewhere.

4.0 out of 5 stars Disagree some what with previous review, 3 Mar 2009
By Mr. P. A. Johnston "Paul Johnston" (Manchester, England) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
Whilst I agree the book would not satisfy someone trying to build their own, as a book about how and where they were used along with the squadrons involved it is extremely interesting. Much more of an operational history of their use and the targets which inspired their development and/or usage.
