The first thing that strikes you is the impressive and colourful amount of production stills. There is hardly a page goes by without dramatic and poignant shots from the film. If of course you didn't like the film then you won't appreciate this "Movie and the Moment" However if like me your enjoyed the film and went to see it quite a few times then you will enjoy this book. Detailing how they achieved the special effects, with costume details you won't believe. I would recommend this book to anyone that enjoyed the film.

Jerry Brookheimer seems to be a legend in the world of film today. With many successful films under his belt (Enemy of the State, Gone in 60 seconds, The Rock, Crimson Tide, Armageddon) it is a sure bet that Pearl Harbour will equal this success if not go further. The book "The Movie and The Moment" beautifully illustrated and impecably written shows us the life not only on screen but behind the camera also, a place we so often forget exists. Pearl Habour is a sure bet of yet another great action movie from the film king himself, Jerry Brookheimer and this book is just another little part of the success he has and will continue to achieve!

the best film i have seen in a long time i cry every time i watch it who wouldnt its shocking danny dies wen he is having a baby it is so sad i love this film and feel they couldnt of made it any better and its one of those films that i will watch over and over agane totaly worth the money and well done to all the actors producers ect involved in the making of this film and thank you for making it its brill
