This is outstanding value for money! A comprehensive book on self hypnosis detailing many important aspects for getting maximum results from effort expended, as well as a tape with 2 different inductions for immediate benefit. For the price, it doesn't get better than this.

I became very irritated while reading this book and, indeed, had to abandon it and the audio tape too as I found the author's tone to be far too didactic. It may however prove to be valuable to those without knowledge of the subject but anyone with a smattering of information in this field could find it boring like I did.
