You can get a copy of Legal Guidance for Data Protection from the Information Commissioners website www.informationcommissioner.gov.uk Click on Data Protection and go to guidance notes. It will cost you nothing. But it is out of date.
On the other hand if you want to take Data Protection seriously then this is the book for you. Rosemary Jay combin
