The best JK book I had read so far. The storyline is intriguing from start to finish and the characters, as usual, well written and believable. Once I started this book I didn't want to put it down, and the ending - well, no-one will see it coming! If you haven't read any Kellerman books then you don't have to start at the beginning as each one is a story in its own right, so if you don 't fancy reading the previous books then jump right in with this one. Once you've read this believe me you will want to read more.

I can normally guess the ending of a book by at least the half way stage, but with Kellerman it takes longer. This ending is even harder to fathom until the last tewnty or so pages. An intricate story linking the past with the present in true Kellerman style and a tale of extraordinary characters woven together by a seemingly invisible string that gradually materialises into view as the story progresses.

Even though the book is a little bit boring, Kellerman succeeds very well in adding the dexterity of a private detective with that of a psychologist.

For everyone who is fond of criminal cases, I strongly recommend this book to him or her.
