This book is an excellent 1 stop manual for all the essential first aid techniques valuable to anyone. Essential for the home or work but don't just leave it on the shelf. encourage all the family to read and become familier with its contents.

Well written with pictures and diagrams.

A very resourceful book for both beginners and more experienced first aiders. It clearly explains first aid procedures with the help of photographs.

This is a comprehensive manual covering a wide range of subjects. It is well laid out book with easy to find sections. For families with children it is a must as it covers topics such as meningitis.
