5.0 out of 5 stars The Story of the The Titanic, 1 Dec 2003
By BC-Cheshire (Cheshire, United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
An excellent book, my seven year old son loved it (he's an avid and 'informed' Titanic fan). This is a beautifully presented book (as you would expect with Dorling Kindersley), not only filled with facts and figures, but giving you a feel for the times and the people who boarded the ship. This is an irrestible book, a pleasure to read.

What a great book this is !!! My son is 6 and is absolutly mad on Titanic I have purchased this book for Christmas and I'm so excited he will love it !!!
We have only ever seen books on titanic for adults which he has borrowed from the library so to find this is amazing. The illustrations are brilliant and I'm sure like the previous reader he will find out so much more than he already knows. If you have a child like mine who loves the story of Titanic then buy it, its a must !!!!!

A terrific book. My seven year old son thought he knew all of the facts about the Titanic; this book taught him a few more. The pictures are so detailed you can look at them over and over again. I enjoy looking at this book with him - it covers everything we need to know!
