of all the medicinal/herbal books I refer to - this is THE one. it covers all aspects of the plants, very helpful to have at hand. I always cross check info against this 'medicinal plants bible' - would never be with out it (I actually have 2 copies - just in case one gets damaged!)
I hope it brings the info and benefits to you, it has to me - enjoy!
