Featuring the dusty oval speedway tracks, the 1/4 mile strip, the salt flats of Bonneville, daytona beach and the Indianapolis Motor speedway, it's all here. From the big finned fifties tanks, modified stock and altered wheelbase sedans of the sixties, winged warriors of 1969-70 through to the mighty Viper of today. Race teams, drag teams, concepts and every performance car from 1953 upwards. This book features all of this and more in 160 pages and over 200 fantastic vintage black & white photographs. The story flows easily from a brief history of Dodges inception right through to present day. Well researched, the author has managed to combine all of the historically important facts from the last 40 years with just enough technical information to produce a book that is both interesting and easy to read.
A fantastic book that no Mopar enthusiast should be without. I recommend that you go out and buy a copy, curl up in your favourite armchair and lose yourself in Dodges victorious history.
