3.0 out of 5 stars A book for students/apprentices only.Lacks substance., 23 Feb 2002
By A Customer
This book only really gives a very basic under standing of inspection and testing, which is only suitable for anyone new to electrics. The book out lines the 16th edition regulations and legal requirements of testing & inspection, then takes you through the equipment used on the tests and what values to expect when testing. The end of the book is a question and answers sort of test to help you remember and pass the inspection and test certicate. But be warned, this book is very basic and offers little help for electricians on site.

4.0 out of 5 stars A must for anyone considering taking Inspection & Testing, 4 Dec 2001
I pre-ordered this book in July 2001 waiting for its printing. Going through the chapters you learn that they are well explained to be used as a self taught guide as well with the diagrams.
Who ever is going to take Electrical Inspection & Testing will not be disappointed.
