Have you ever wondered what happened to Cinderella after the glass slipper fitted her foot? We are told she married the Prince and lived happily ever after. Do you believe that? I don't! This story was written because I'm sure the ugly sisters would try to stop the wedding. In 'Cinderella's Wedding', the ugly sisters are called Hiccup and Nosy. They are full of horrid, silly and sneaky plans to stop the wedding of the Prince and Cinderella. Will Hiccup and Nosy succeed and make the Prince fall in love with them? Find out!

I'll admit this book is daft! Plus, Ross Collins' wacky, colourful ilustrations make it even dafter! It has been specifically written for newly confident readers to read and enjoy on their own (it is part of the 'Shooting Stars' series), although it can also be read aloud to younger children. The intended age range is 5-8 years.

I hope readers will have as much fun reading 'Cinderella's Wedding' as I had writing it.

I think Cinderella's Wedding is a brilliant new story about Cinderella. What I like most is the horrid sisters, who really are horrid! I think this is a perfect book for reading aloud. It's very funny.

Cinderella's Wedding takes a dear old fairy tale to the next step. We find out just how kind and forgiving Cinderella is and how intent those stepsisters of hers are in making her life miserable. It is a great read with fun illustrations and a wonderful addition to any girl's library.
