5.0 out of 5 stars Utterly Brilliant, 9 April 2007
Just bought this book after trying the Food Doctor Diet Club, which left me feeling soooo bloated, it was unbelievable. Within two days of starting food combining my digestive problems had all but disappeared. I shall be following this as much as I can. I love Kathryn's non-judgmental approach, and that she acknowledges that most of us won't be able to food combine all the time. The sections on detox, eating disorders and allergies are very relevant to my whole family. My best buy this year, without a doubt!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very easy to understand, 25 Aug 2007
By Marta (Madrid, Spain) - See all my reviews
I have read several books on food combining I found this book the easiest and best one so far. The author keeps it simple and to the point. There is alot of other useful information. I find the book comfortable to read and understand.I will keep it around the house for future reference. I would recomend it for anyone interested in food combining or general nutrition.

5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant book and easy to follow and understand!, 6 Feb 2008

Couldn't be made simpler to follow, not too scientific to put you off and easy to follow. If you're looking into buying a food combining book but don't know where to start or what to look for then this is the book for you. I'm actually not too daunted about approaching a new eating regime. Highly recommended.
