This is the first book I have come across which explains this topic in clear language. It makes sense of a lot of information about complex topics such as why magnet healing and aromatherapy actually work. The author is an expert in his subject and this book is the clearest reference book I have ever come across. I would say it is essential reading for all alternative practitioners and anyone interested in these topics.
