5.0 out of 5 stars A totally practical book for busy people, 23 Aug 1999
By A Customer
If you feel as though your life is heading in the wrong direction, this book will help to give you a kick-start back to the path you want to follow.

It's not complicated, although there's plenty of theory to read if you're interested. The main thing is that it gives you a clear and simple structure to follow, making it easy to *act* rather than just read, think "that might be a good idea" and move on. There are plenty of self-help/ personal development books out there, many of them are rather deeper than this one, and lots are more esoteric... but few are better at getting you to actually sit up and *do* what you're reading about.

Enjoy it!

5.0 out of 5 stars A new and interesting approach, 10 April 2000
By A Customer
Eileen Mulligan has bought a new and varied approach to the subject of life coaching. Most importantly she has identified the way in which most people can instantly begin to obtain benefit from the techniques, rather than the onerous and unrealistic goals set in other similar books. Put simply the book communicates ideas which are broad enough to be of relevance to a great many people, yet specific enough to allow the individual to feel they are creating for themselves a tailored plan for self advancement.
