Everyone has a spirit guide to help them with their path of spiritual growth. If you want to know more, then read this book.

Lita has written a clear and straightforward guide to channelling which I would recommend to anyone who wants to know more about spirit guides and how we can connect with them. This book answers the questions you may have on who spirit guides are, what they do and why they want to help those of us here on the earth plane.

Meeting your guide is a wonderful experience. Finally discovering the being that has been helping you for so long and who will be with you whenever you need it, to help you in the future, is truly enlightening.

The book explains what channelling is, how to do it, and where it may lead. It explains psychic protection and working with energy. It also covers how you can use channelling for yourself and others. I especially liked the section on commonly asked questions, and the final chapter with excerpts from channelling sessions with guides - fascinating and informative!

This book will seriously improve your spiritual awareness!

If you are looking for a book to help you in channelling then this is the only book you will need.

I have been able to channel after reading this book. Amazingly I have also got in touch with someone who has been on Lita's course of channelling who has been kind enough to help me through the process. I believe this was not a coincidence. It all happened after I read this book.

I highly recommend it to anyone who seriously wants to channel.

Had funny dreams after reading this book, as did my friends who read it. Definitely power in its' pages!

However, it is most suited to those who are reasonably advanced or naturally psychic. I haven't got that much out of it yet, probably because I am a little to early on my path [plus stressful job, living in central London].
It's 'hearing' the messages that is the tricky bit, but could probably be solved by regular meditation practice and a quiet peaceful life...!
