I was sceptical about past lives before i read this book and after reading it, I now believe that there is something to it. This remarkable book helped me understand myself in a much deeper way. Faor example, I have had a skin condition my whole life and after doing the exercises in the book and "remembering' a past life as a leper, amazingly my skin condition began to disappear. I can't begin to tell you what a miracle this is for me. I highly recommend this book to anyone and everyone!!

This book is hard to put down. It is well written, very informative and has exercises that are easy to follow and work. I tried this book some 10 years ago and was very surprised that upon following her instructions, you can and do go into your past lifes where you can help clear clutter from your present life and also give yourself healing and direction. A must for anyone that wants to explore this region of their life.

This is a excellent book to start you on your spiritual journey. I read it in 1995 and it is still in my mind. Denise Linn is a excellent teacher on all esoteric matters.
Buy this, you wont be disappointed.
