It seems like anything that is worth knowing about is bound to be surrounded by jargon - and 'neuro-linguistic programming' (yes, that's what NLP stands for!) is no exception. When I first read this book I was almost a complete newcomer to NLP, and I didn't really fancy spending hours ploughing through one of the more specialised books (like 'Reframing') only to find out that it was all way over my head. When I saw the first two reviews for this book I figured it might be just what I was looking for. And I was right. The author has divided the book into three neatly interlocking parts. First you get a little theory (one chapter), then a dozen chapters on the various NLP techniques, and finally eight chapters on how to apply the techniques in real-life business situations (presentations, appraisals, motivating employees, etc). Like Marc wrote, this is an ideal introduction to NLP for business people. And like the reader from London wrote, it comes at a very good price :)
