Product Description

Product Description

This text is intended to demonstrate to the reader that fresh ideas and solutions to work-related problems are within reach and that a fresh perspective can be gained on work, after doing the contained exercises.

From the Publisher

The Instant books are the answer for everyone who needs to produce a tangible improvement in a very short time. Each easy-to-use guide offers a concise introduction to it's subject before moving swiftly on to the central exercise section - with every activity rated for it's 'fun factor' - which has made the series such a success with managers, trainers, facilitators and anyone wanting to see a result- now! Each title contains around 70 simple exercises (to be done both by individuals and groups) which take from five minutes to 30 minutes to complete and require few, if any, props. Each is explained clearly, with tips for feedback, outcome, and variations, and given a star rating of between one and four to assess the benefits of each according to differing criteria.

5.0 out of 5 stars A really great, usable handbook for creativity, 7 May 1999
By A Customer
This book has the great advantage that it is so easy and ready to use. It really is a handbook. If you're involved in trying to get people to think creatively at work, it's the sort of book to keep on your desk all the time. It's very grabbable.

The content is concise and well preseented, and the book has some good index features to help you pick the creativity technique you need.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best creativity handbook on the market, 5 Mar 2000
By Stewart Desson (Wokingham, Berks, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This book is a goldmine of creativity techniques and excercises. It is practical and as I have used it at work, I have really get a sense that I am tapping into the years of experience of the authors. This is no academic book, but a pragmatists "how to" guide. I have dipped into it and immediately put its recommendations into practice to good effect.
