4.0 out of 5 stars An excellent reminder of what makes for good communications, 2 Jul 2001
By A Customer
This book outlines the potential problems caused by poor or incomplete communications between people and then shows how they can be avoided by understanding and observing the basics of interpersonal communications. It does sometimes state the obvious, but demonstrates how, by missing the obvious, miscommunication can occur. It is simple to read and understand and should quickly improve most people's basic communication skills.
