This is a book to be lifted and dipped into at random. It gives the reader a wide insight into the traditional goings on throughout Scotland. It's lighthearted and a bit of fun and lets the non Scot see that we can indeed laugh at ourselves. As a Scot I found it interesting to note the difference in the customs of the West of Scotland to that of the East of Scotland. A book to be used during the tea break or as a reference source.
