When Meredith wakes up on Christmas Eve and hears a voice calling her for help, she willingly goes to help. But as she embarks on her task, she meets three other characters, all harboring their own Christmas wishes. When Meredith is lucky enough to get three wishes as her reward for helping the Christmas Tree Fairy, she sweetly shares them and of course gets her own wish too.


About the Author

Marion Rose is the author of a novel called Circles in the Corn which was shortlisted for the Kathleen Fidler Award, as well as several picture books for young children. She lives with her family in North London. Jason Cockroft is a regular contributor to the Bloomsbury list. He has worked on both picture books for us as well as fiction jackets, included Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Jason lives in Leeds.

A new classic for Christmas! A charming story of a little girl who wants to fly, and who meets the Christmas Tree Fairy who can grant her that wish. But in the spirit of Christmas, she gives away the 3 wishes granted to her, to less fortunate friends. However, in the end her dream comes true. A book to bring out each Christmas, with beautiful illustrations in vibrant colours, as well.

This book was featured in our school library last Chistmas. Children across the age range were entranced by this charming tale of Meredith's adventure. Beautifully written and illustrated, with the message of Christmas goodwill seemlessly running though it. Highly recommended.
