At last! Someone has bought Everton's history into the 21st century. We seem to be swamped with books of Manchester United this and Manchester United that, and the only Everton literature available seem to stop at the 1992-1993 season, when we were blessed with the services of Preki and Warzycha!

Surely a lot has hapened since then? With the deli
