3.0 out of 5 stars funny in places but gets repetitive..., 12 Mar 2002
By A Customer
I havent read the other "irish male" books by Joseph O'Connor and after reading this I am not sure I would want to. It is indeed funny, although after reading the first few stories you get fairly tired about listening to him either moan about everything or gloat about how fantastic he is. There are some fantastic snide remarks about Irish men which every Irish female couldnt but giggle at but overall it is fairly weak.

4.0 out of 5 stars Really funny!, 23 Aug 2004
This autobiography by Joseph O'Connor is a great and funny book. His world cup diary in the last book was good but his account on his book tour was great! He hs a short story in there which made me want to read it again and again and again. 9/10
