5.0 out of 5 stars Another superb adventure by Peter Tonkin, 6 Mar 2002

This review is from: Tiger Island (Hardcover)
Another well-structured story featuring Captain Mariner. Being shipwrecked twice in a weak by strong taifuns Captain Mariner and a beautiful nurse end up on a tropical island in the South China Seas. An excellent plot, good technical detail, plus an exciting climax, makes this very entertaining reading indeed.
