This book really opens your eyes to one of the most prolific sexual murderers of our time. You think you know what happened at Cromwell Street - nothing can prepare you for what you are about to read. The atrocities that occured over five decades in the life of Fred West are completely beyond belief - as I found out. This book covers his life from the day he was born to the day he died, in a matter of fact and vivid portrait that will hold your attention and leave you unable to put the book down. Although some of the detials are sickening to the most hardened horror fan, I'm sure you will enjoy reading this book - I certainly did. Strictly for the "Strong-stomached" & over 18's only.

I have read many books about fred and rose west, but this book shocked me most of all it was so detailed, whilst being interesting, i felt particulary disturbed at the way anne marie west was treated.

Nothing will shock you after you read the horrifying hell West subjected his victims and own family to. What remains the most chilling aspect is how two people managed to kill for more than two decades without being suspected. How many other young women met their fate at the hands of Fred and Rosemary West? The author suggests as many as 60 other women may have been muredered - but the only person with all the facts is dead.
