This book is honest in it's approach to the subject.

I followed Paul on his journey, and finished feeling like a part of his struggle.

Without Paul and this book, I may not have had the insight into his way of life and the journey which made him what he is.

Unlike other books of a similar subject Paul is not bogged down by jargon, his is an honest portral of exactly how much nerve it takes to be happy.

A thoughly pleasing book, well worth a read.
