Nick Oldham has surpassed hiself again. This book will have you on the end of your seat all the way through. As an Ex Blackpool Poice person Nick Oldham has managed to create an entrancing style of writing and a group of strong characters. This is a must read book for all Nick Oldham fans.

I know it is a cliche, but this book was a page turner. It was gripping and faced-paced throughout, though rather too violent for my taste.

Still, I found the ending rather unsatisfying, or perhaps it was simply upsetting. Nevertheless, I am eagerly awaiting the opportunity to read Oldham's other books.
