5.0 out of 5 stars Brilliant!, 27 Sep 2007
By Isaulte (Kent, UK) - See all my reviews
I ordered this book for my son (6) as I remembered owning it myself as a child (it has been updated!).

The book shows how fantastic your body is by breaking it down into machines - how it eats, grows, moves etc.

Really easy to read and visually enticing for 5-11 year olds. I would recommend keeping it for sharing for the younger ones as it has an interesting but question-inducing "How Babies are Made" section.

I can't recommend this book enough.

For kids and adults alike! The idea of the human body being a robot and a machine really works. Good book.
