I bought this book for my 2.5 year old twins and they loved it. They are now 3 and interrupt me during every sentence to finish it off! In fact, when the shark starts to sing (requested to by his marine friends) the twins sing too.

"oh the worst thing that can happen to youuuuuuuuuuu
Is to be eaten by tigers out of the blueeeeeeeeeee"

The book removes itself from certain standards and formulas. It has a refreshing lay out and structure to it that makes reading it enjoyable. It's quirky, refreshing and entertaining.

My son has named the shark 'Boulderwalt' - I have no idea why but can say that naming things is a compliment!

Buy it and be refreshed.
