This book weaves an amazing tale following the wingbeats of the Dragonkin. In particular, the children of Stormfire. Luna and Chan go off in search of the Talismans, which were scattered by the legendary Stormfire himself when the Dragonkin fled their homeland.
The character of Bumble brings an element of comedy into the book, and, following the rather absent minded humming-bird, along with his friends Ronaldo and Marian (The Last Unicorn), they uncover the grusome details of what happened to the mermaids.
The relationship between the Dragon Chan and Jake grows stronger and more of the acrobat's past is revealed. Morkir and one of the Fomorians also develop a rather interesting relationship as they see what lies beyond the Imagination Mountains.
This book sparks the imagination and Bailey does well in the Plot and keeping the reader enthralled. You won't regret reading it.
