5.0 out of 5 stars A fanatstic improvement, 2 Dec 2003
By D. Hawkes "keeper_of_realms" (Southampton, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
As the third and final part of the JCC series, this has really kicked into high gear, while the past two have seemed slow warming up and rather dull in places,it's really been kicked into high gear, with the future war across two realities taking place.

This time some of the ideas Russel Blackfords getting across seem to have sorted themselves out, with the ideas already being established now seem credible as war jumps the future hangs in the balance of skynet being defeated across multiple timelines.

This book series had been playing second fiddle to S.M. Stirling's series which unfortunately fell short on the final hurdle with rushed characters. These however are a lot more fleshed out even the new one's.

If you take Stirling's first two and this one you have the makings of a wonderfull trilogy of books, definetly the best of the three and a real page turner.

5.0 out of 5 stars a great book for T2 followers, 10 Feb 2004
i've read all 3 books and i have to say i feel they were all wonderfuly written.I found the text very simple to follow considering the 3rd books goes into more depth about time travel and different realities. The characters are very well written and all scenes are set with great decription's that put the imagination into over drive. it was great to have a follow on to this great movie that actually seems possible compared to the pathetic story line of the third film.
