I sat down to read this book expected the usual light sci/fi fantasy adventure mixture to be sadly disappointed by this Fantasy humour novel, but as i had brought it i decided to finish it and to my surprise I began to get into the book. it reminded me abit of Terry pratchett's early work as it was a series of action series held losely together by a plot that barekly did the job. the characters such as Greyboar, cat the nearsighted sworswomen and Gwendolyn need rounding out but i would give another book in the series a go in the hope that this book and characters will develop
