Captain Kirk ventures into the depths of a remote jungle planet to save hostages held by the Klingon Empire. The crew of the U.S.S Enterprise arrive on a Klingon planet and soon discover that crew of the U.S.S Gagarin, which was viciously attacked by Klingons ten years ago, have been held prisoner there ever since. With the assistance of the brave and honourable Koloth - the Klingon captain from the viewer-favourite episode, 'The Trouble with Tribbles' - Captain Kirk sets out on an heroic mission to rescue them. During his time on the planet he discovers the secrets behind many Klingon mysteries...mysteries that Star Trek fans have been waiting to find out...
