4. The watcher

Max is feeling ill, but not like any human illness he has been taught in biology. When he goes to see Ray Iburg (an adult crash surviver of the famous roswell crash, and Max's boss the the UFO musium), he is told that he is going through is akino. He will be joined to the collective consiuceness of his home planet or he will die. The only problem is that to do this he needs something that is locked away deep inside a FBI compound...

5.0 out of 5 stars One of the best books ever!, 4 Jun 2000
By A Customer
Okay so basically Max gets really sick. It's really creepy cause Liz and the others don't have a clue what's wrong with him and they can't take him to the doctors (obviously!). This book keeps you on the edge of your seat right from the beginning and the suspension carrys on throughout the book. If you like excitement and being a little scared by books this is a definate must. For all Roswell readers - you will love this book! My favourite thing about it is that you see a whole other side to Max. I won't tell you anymore but you should definately give this book a try.

3.0 out of 5 stars It wasn't as good., 14 Aug 1999

The Watcher isn't as good as the other books in the series, but it still is one of the best books I've read. I love how the characters still manage to keep a sense of humor despite everything.
