A very interesting, awareness creating informative book dealing with a lot of issues regarding healthy living, the 'right' foods for every individual.

A lot of facts backed up by research ect. Definately a 'must have'. This book give the individual the opportunity to make informed decisions regarding all food groups in order to create internal and external wellbeing and good health.
