I was going to review it but after reading the description and synopsis, there's really little I can add as they say just about everything you need to know.

All I can add is that the prose is tough, in keeping with the subject matter, and it works well. The authors don't tend to like monster movies, though horror in general is okay. And if you're interested in the rough end of cinema then -buy this book- you won't be disappointed.
