This is a nice little book if you're a newcomer to herbalism, but don't expect much detail. The articles provide a good introduction to the subject, but you'll need to read much more if you want a decent grounding in this occasionally dangerous art. Also be aware if you live in the UK - the times and dates are set in the US, so if you need times of the moon etc., you'll need to convert them to make allowances for the time difference.
