By A Customer
The most useful book I have ever purchased. It is rich in its diversity of uses ranging beyond the usual doorstop, wind break and coffee mat. It's dimensions and mass have been perfectly measured and designed to ensure maximum physical workout whilst simultaneously relaxing your mind into a deep and satisfying REM sleep with its superbly repetitive content. As an added bonus ( as if one were necessary ) It also puts the finishing touch to any (reinforced) bookshelf with its fine lines and gloss finished cover. Thanks Jeff, All in all quite superb!!!
