This guide offers the practitioners comprehensive guidance on the new legislation and the revisions to the standard forms of contract. Both authors are experienced in this field. Brian Totterdill is an independent consulting engineer specialising in contract problems and dispute resolution who is chairman of the ICE's Conciliation and Adjudication Advisory Panel and a member of the CIC Task Force on Adjudication.John Timpson is an architect and arbitrator who is also chairman of RIBA's Dispute Resolution Group and is on the CIC Task Force on Adjudication, as well as being the author of a number of books.
