Whilst on a personal development course I realised that I had a substantial number of negative thoughts which were holding me back.

After listening to this tape a couple of times I have noticed a definite positive shift in my thinking and have found things are improving in my life.

Even if this does not occur, you will become extremely relaxed.

(REAL NAME)   
This is a clear and straightforward introduction to techniques for managing the mind, for reining in rebel emotions. They are presented in a modern, neutral tone but I think they owe a lot to tried and tested yogic techniques. The author writes in friendly and comfortable without blinding you with science or psychobabble. The book is plain and down to earth, and the techniques are so natural that after a while you find yourself doing them automatically. I liked it.
