Rather like the Muirs` book, this book is written from the perspective that you are somewhat unhappy about your body or sex in general. The author was involved in Skydancing`s year long program ( Margo Anand`s Art of Sexual Ecstasy is the book for this course) and much of the content relates to their approach. I`m guessing but you do get the feeling that the author knows very little about sex and not much about Tantra. Admittedly Tantra is a huge field and some of its practitioners should be avoided if at all possible. However, if you`re a bit unhappy with sex and would like it to be a bit more spiritual then this may be a useful book for you. There is very little Tantra in it - and remarkably little sexual energy magic.
Do not believe this is the limit to Tantric sex -it`s hardly even the begining. If you want to know what your body can do, this is not the book for you. There is a fantastic book on Sexual energy by Ellen and David Ramsdale called Sexual Energy Ecstasy which is incredibly comprehensive and embarrassingly good.

It's good for newbies but nothing new for anvanced students. It tells the background of the whole thing and how to be more sexuall body over mind.
