It took me a long time to find a book on facial exercises that fulfilled its promises but this one definitely does. Juliette Kando is obviously very knowledgable about the body and about exercise. The book is very useful and helpful but also very interesting. I learned things about my face and my body that I never knew. I continue to practice because my face is changing; it is firming up and feeling more toned and happy. And it is true what she says: doing the exercises in Natural Facelift keeps you looking young and cheers you up aswell. I highly recommend this book. It is not as bland and pretentious as the others I have read and abandonned.

I am a fitness instructor with a toned body but having now reached the ripe old age of forty I was looking in the mirror recently and saw that my face was beginning to sag. When a client who is older than me recommended Juliette Kando's NATURAL FACELIFT I bought it and began doing the exercises. This was a month ago and now that I have been doing the exercises my face has changed for the better. It really works. My jawline has come back and the area around my eyes is clear again. No more bags! Kando's natural approach makes sense when you think about it. I have saved so much money by using natural products instead of expensive cosmetics. The book is a revelation of plain common sense. Simple and easy to follow. A great book. I have bought several copies now as presents for my friends.

I was seriously thinking about having something done to my face when a friend of mine said don't! and she bought me a copy of Juliette Kando's Natural Facelift. I never looked back. My face began to change within a few weeks of doing the exercises. The bags under my eyes are gone, my double chin is gone, but the best thing is that doing the facial exercises make me feel better, more alert and alive and people have begun remarking how well I look. I strongly recommend this book. It is very clearly written and, when you stop to think about what it says, it really makes a lot of sense. So why pay the earth to have your face butchered by cosmetic surgery when there is such a healthy and simple alternative, namely to get your face fit and young looking? N0, you won't be grimmacing into a mirror all day, you will just become better aware of how you use your face in day to day activities. Try it, you'll see it works!
