At last a book with attitiude! Learn how to live and enjoy life in the present by using the power of spontainous thought, in connection with self control. Easy and practical exercises, very little time wasting anecdotes, straight to the point. I would find it hard to believe anyone who says they read this book and didn't change their perception instantly.

Thomas Blakeslee has a significant and rare wisdom. This book is clearly and practically written, and should beckon all thinking adulds to take heed. His desire for the human race to experience more happiness, and more years of such, denotes his intergity. This should be on the "required reading list" for everyone.
