If you really want to know what goes into your food, then read this difinitive expose. E numbers, chemical additives, industry lobbying government, GM food, false claims, this book reveals all. The first steps to healthy eating begins with knowing whats in what you're eating!

This book really lifts the lid on what processed junk our modern day food is. It blows the covers off false food claims manufacturers make to sell their products, and tells you low fat needn't be reduced calorie or even healthy. A must for all those who wish to make wise food choices for therselves and their family.
