About the Author
Melanie Sykes has had a successful career as a model and is now co-presenter with Des O'Connor on the daytime chat show Today with Des and Mel (weekly audience rating of 10 million). Melanie is married and has two children, Roman and Valentino. Her home city is Manchester and she lives in London. Hilary Boyd is a state registered nurse and trained at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Hilary is the author of Banishing the Blues, Working Woman's Pregnancy and co-wrote The Natural Way to Beat Depression (Hodder).
