There is increasing evidence that illness can be brought on by electromagnetic stress from electricity transmission lines, microwave ovens or mobile phones. What is less known is that you can get ill from the disruption of energy lines which are part of the earth's own subtle energy field. This is often called geopathic stress. Research conducted in Germany has shown how many cancers occur in homes where negative energy lines have been detected. There is now plenty of evidence that the health of people affected has improved when lines have been corrected. About the Author

Roy and Ann Procter are both practical people, expert dowsers and experienced spiritual healers. Roy is a retired aeronautical engineer and Ann a psychotherapist. They continue to help hundreds of people to better health and happiness by correcting polluted energies in their homes. They run dowsing courses from their home in Somerset, England.

Although reading about the Proctors exploits was very interesting, I was definitely left with a feeling of frustration. I bought the book with the intention of learning how to heal houses with problems thus furthering my knowledge and ability to dowse. Instead the book explains how the Proctors perform their service, without (in my opinion) going far enough to explain how they rectify problems.
The resulting book is a testimony of the undeniable good work which these talented people have accomplished, but not a very good instruction.
It also includes a very small section on how to dowse and a description of devices which may be used.

I have used pendulums for many years and really like the thinking behind this book. Its nice to see a book encouraging poeple to start using their pendulums to help their environment. Hey! you can even heal your car... It is a very usefull book to learn how to use your pendulum to clear negative energies within your house, replace bad enrgies or vibrations with good, find the best place to put your bed, which way round the sofa should be etc... Most of all just enjoy the book.
