Product Description

The Good Book Guide , April 2006

It is a revealing and thought-provoking visual portrait of one of the most important figures in the 20th century history

Mother and Baby, May 2006

I love this book, from the no-nonsense advice on 'serious' stuff such as tantrum-taming, potty training and fussy eating.

5.0 out of 5 stars Exactly what it says on the cover!, 10 Aug 2008
By David Hayter (Ilkley, UK) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
An excellent all-round introduction to the essentials of hillwalking. Packed with valuable tips and information on preparation, equipment, navigation, safety and survival. It includes a useful fitness programme and even dietary recommendations. There are also interesting sections on landscape photography and environmental issues. Very well written and illustrated, with some great photos. Although I've been hill-walking for many years, this book has provided a fresh perspective and taught me a lot. I wish I'd found it years ago!
