An elegantly, well-ordered cookbook focusing on good eating., 31 Aug 2001
By A Customer
This 190 page cookbook presents most dishes with a picture and the book is neatly divided into salads, vegetables, rice, pasta, beans, fish, chicken, meat, bread, preserving and desserts. Our author takes our tastebuds on a culinary rollercoaster - dashing through Mexican vegetarian dishes, salmon ravioli, coriander parcels, leek ragout, tomato and feta mousse, lemon risotto, garam masala and lemon and lime ice cream and many more. Although the book is based on "trendy eating", the focus is on good eating habits using varieties of our food groups. Sue Style, also places the ingredient list cleverly on the side of each page for each recipe, and includes an index of ingredients, and a measurement conversion table with a little glossary on UK and US ingredients. A MUST FOR EXPERIMENTAL GOURMETS!
