About the Author
Edward Boden, MBE, HonAssocRCVS, MRPharmS, is a former editor of The Veterinary Record. He was founding editor of In Practice, the BVA's journal of continuing professional development, executive editor of Research in Veterinary Science, and contributor to Encyclopedia Britannica Book of the Year for over 20 years.
