3.0 out of 5 stars a very useful coaching book, 22 Jan 2002
By A Customer
I found this book very useful at a basic level but it does not go into as much depth as may be required. The basic skills are covered extremely well and advanced skills are touched on slightly.
It has a few good diagrams though it lacks colour images and diagrams become complicated with all movement line son the one diagram instead of simply having seperate diagrams.
All in all a brilliant buy if on a tight budget but if possible spend a bit more and get a more in depth book.
